About Me & My Work
Hi, I'm Dr. Ari.
For a long time, I thought anxiety was just part of who I was.
I was the girl who worried about everything. The girl who overthought. The girl who felt responsible for everyone else's emotions. The girl who learned very early how to read a room, anticipate reactions, and keep the peace so she could feel safe.
What I didn't realize at the time was that I was abandoning myself to survive.
As a young girl, I unconsciously learned how to manage the emotions of the adults around me. I became highly aware of other people's needs, moods, and expectations while becoming increasingly disconnected from my own.
I carried shame, insecurity, anxiety, and a deep fear of rejection.
Like many women, I believed my worth was tied to what I could accomplish, how helpful I could be, and even how I looked. I spent years chasing approval while becoming further disconnected from myself.
That disconnection eventually showed up physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
During my freshman year of college, I gained nearly 40 pounds. At the time, I thought my struggle was simply about food, motivation, or discipline.
It wasn't.
My body was carrying years of stress, emotional suppression, survival patterns, and disconnection.
And for the first time, I began asking deeper questions.
Originally, I was on the path to becoming a nurse. But during that time, I found myself searching for answers that went beyond what I was finding in conventional health conversations.
I became fascinated by the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, consciousness, energy, and healing.
That search eventually led me to disenroll from nursing school and pursue a different path.
I enrolled in natural medicine school and spent the next six years studying health through a broader lens—one that included not only the physical body, but also consciousness, energy, quantum physics, the nervous system, subconscious programming, and the profound relationship between our inner world and our lived experience.
Today, I am a Doctor of Natural Medicine with a PhD, but the most important lessons I learned didn't come from a textbook.
They came from doing the work myself.
I learned how to stop people pleasing.
I learned how to stop apologizing for taking up space.
I learned how to trust myself.
I learned how to reconnect with my body.
I learned how to stop living from anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, and survival.
And in the process, I became healthier, stronger, more confident, and more connected to myself than I had ever been before.
That journey is what led me here.
Today, I help women identify the patterns that are keeping them stuck physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
The women I work with are often exhausted from carrying everyone else.
They overthink.
They overgive.
They struggle to rest.
They seek validation outside themselves.
They feel disconnected from their body, their voice, their intuition, and their power.
Together, we work on nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, energetic healing, emotional healing, body connection, self-worth, confidence, boundaries, and vitality.
Because I don't believe women need to become someone else.
I believe most women simply need to reconnect with who they were before the world taught them to abandon themselves.
My work is about helping women come home to themselves.
Because your energy is sacred.
And it's time to start acting like it.
