What We'll Do Together

Over the next three months, we'll work through the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

Each call builds upon the previous one, helping you create lasting change instead of temporary motivation.

Call 1: Awareness

Before anything can change, we need to understand what is actually happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll identify the patterns, beliefs, nervous system responses, and areas of self-abandonment that are shaping your current reality so we can begin addressing the root cause instead of the symptoms.

Call 2: Physical Detox

Your body is constantly communicating with you. We'll explore the habits, foods, environments, and daily inputs that may be contributing to fatigue, overwhelm, inflammation, and disconnection while creating a plan to better support your energy and well-being.

Call 3: Emotional Detox

Many women are carrying years of guilt, resentment, shame, grief, and responsibility that was never theirs to hold. This call is about creating awareness around those emotional patterns and learning how to release what you've been carrying.

Call 4: Relationship Detox

This is where we examine the relationships and dynamics that are draining your energy. We'll explore boundaries, people pleasing, overgiving, validation seeking, and where you may be abandoning yourself in order to maintain connection.

Call 5: Identity Detox

At some point, you became who you needed to be in order to survive. This call is about identifying the beliefs and identities that no longer serve you and beginning to step into the woman you're becoming.

Call 6: Integration

Transformation is not about becoming a completely different person. It's about creating a new baseline. We'll reflect on your progress, integrate what you've learned, and create a plan for continuing the work long after our time together ends.
